Assuming we are talking about "real" bacon and not dried, etc, about four hours. When dealing with whats called potentially hazardous food, it can be in whats called the "danger zone" for four hours. The danger zone is 40-140F. So if this bacon came out of your fridge (should be somewhere around 33-39) it can stay out for 4 hours.
