I want to apply for a loan on this website www.prosper.com, but I'm noticing they require you to have a credit score of at least 520 to do so. I have a delinquent $3000 credit card debt that I haven't paid for at all in over a year. Several months ago I asked them to prove it was my debt and they never contacted me again. I have a $150 debt with T-Mobile that haven't paid in about a year because they were trying to charge me for a phone I returned to them and I also have a $250 online loan debt that I haven't paid in about two months because they were fraudalently taking money out of my account. I have 4 other credit cards I've had for about two years that I've always been in good standing with. All of them are nearly maxxed out. One card has $2000, another two have $500, and one has $300. I had a loan I cosigned on a few years ago that I got some credit off of and I have had my own apartment for 3 years and I've always been in good standing here as well. Do you believe I will qualify to get a loan on Prosper?

Forget about your credit score and xyz.com. Why are going into more debt?
First, you have a $3,000 account that is not yours, but you made a phone call, since no one contacted you, situation resolved? I assume you have certifed letters addressed to a specific person in the legal department, and then you had an attorney review your claim of not oweing the debt. Sorry probably not. They have the proof, but they don't need to show that to you. Are you saying that account was fraud? If so did you file a police report?
Get that account settled right away.
So T-Mobile goofed up too? Do you have anything in writting, did you read your contract word for word. If you are in the right, send a letter certifed mail with your proof to a legal dept and get the issue resolved. If not pay that bill too.
As for the online debt, did you give your account information to this company? You say fraud, what you really mean is you have a dispute. Do you have copies of the letter you sent them via certified mail? They may be shadey , but you might have agreed to their program and owe the money. Never sign up for auto debits. It seems like you are having financial problems and are looking for excuses.
You are maxed out on all your cards, in default, avoiding small bills like a cell phone, and looking for MORE debt.
I hate to be so hard, but I have seen this 100s of times. The cherry on top is that you pay your rent. That is not credit, and so many people say that. You need to go the CCCS right away. Take care.

I don't think your a very good chance. Even a late utility bill will go against you when they check your credit history, let alone all the things you have outstanding! As far as THEY would be concerned, you would be a bad risk! Sorry!...
