you cant possibly lose more than a few punds in 2 weeks - its not like you gained all that weight in 2 weeks...
i follow this every day
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

1 How old are you? How old were you when you started breaking out? I'm 18 now. I started breaking out when I was 16. Never really had much acne before then. 2 Is your skin always clear, do you get spots sometimes, or do you almost always have a breakout? I get pimples near my period. I usually get one of two somewhere around my mouth, and maybe the odd one around my forehead. They usually clear up once my period's done though. 3 What face wash do you use? Clean and Clear Morning Burst (the purifying one in the blue bottle). 4 Do you use face masks or scrubs or anything? What kind? I use St. Ives products for this. I use their clay firming mask at night (sometimes I skip it, but I try to do it quite a few nights a week). I also use their Apricot scrub once or twice a week. 5 What brand make up do you wear? What do you wear (foundation, concealor?, ect) Just drug store brands. I like Maybelline and Cover Girl products. I change the brand I use frequently because I'm looking for the best product for my skin (most of the best products I've used are Cover Girl). 6 How much makeup do you wear? Usually just concealer, foundation, and a bit of mascara. Sometimes some eyeshadow too. 7 What spot treatments do you use? Clean and Clear Persa-Gel 5. I put that on any pimples before I go to bed. 8 Do you eat junk food or healthy? I eat both healthy foods and junk food. Probably a bit too much junk food, but oh well. I also drink a lot of water. Water's a big help.

Low Carb Diet like Scarsdale Diet Plan.
Lost only 10 pounds in two weeks. Was suppose to lose 14 pounds in two weeks but I hit PMS and all its complications along with cravings. Looking forward to losing weight again once PMS is over !

Diet is not difficult and I am still able to jog 4-7 miles per day, slow jog. However, I do eat at lease 2-3 times more as indicated on diet plan because of jogging which I am still able to lose weight.

Best of luck !

I am on a self imposed, life changing diet.

I have lost about 20 pounds in 5 weeks.

I eat oatmeal or grits with tea for breakfast. A fuze for lunch or on the go times. A good meal at some point during the day.

When I was working I had a Fuze in am, cup of soup noon, Fuze pm and meal in evening.

I cannot exercise, am on Steriods for Lupus, and have lost approximately 175 pounds in 2 years. I also follow the ADA diet since I am diabetic

When your trying to gain muscle, you don't exactly lose weight. My diet consists of 2800 calories daily and very heavy lifting 4 days a week with 2 days of cardio on rest days (not lifting). I'm not going by a magic number, muscle weighs more than fat. But the amount of fat I've lost in 2 weeks is sufficient amount ;) . Not very difficult either, Just need dedication. I love fish, meat, dairy, eggs, and nuts too, all power packed protein foods. I'ts easy to not eat like a pig or stuff my face in refined carbs and sugars all the time. It takes 3 weeks to make something a habit, or to break one. Make your diet a habit!

I recently switch to all diet drinks...was not easy.
Also eating less fat, less junk.

I call it a "See Food" diet, where I want to eat something but don't want to see it on me later. I have dropped a few pounds in the last couple of weeks, but I need to get off my **** and exercise to see some valid results!
