It could be the fat content, but if you eat other fatty things with no problem, it might be you're getting them underripe.

Same thing happends to me. I can't digest it at all. I just throw it up after a while. Well I use to, needless to say I don't eat them any more!

My first guess was also going towards the amount of lipids they contain and how you digest them. Bring it up at your next check up and be mindful of how your body reacts when you eat fattier foods until then to get a decent baseline self diagnosis.

Avocado actually has a lot of fat in it. It could be Gal bladder
