Christians may not want to change any of the interpretations they may just have that kind of interpretation and that is the way they understood it.
Begotten was the word used by the Catholics to insist that Jesus was His son from Mary but it does not mean it is true. A lie is possible to become true when the liers themselves believe in their own lie because nobody contested that in its early stages. Now that it has been decreed and considered a dogma, you can only contest it for as long as you can but it will just be falling on deaf ears. You can wait until God Himself will deny it.

Read John 1:1 referring to Christ - In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word *was* God.
This speaks of the Trinity. Christ has always been and will always be. He is the Great I Am spoken of in the Old Testament.
Jesus was not created. He is God and he is the only begotten of the Father. Adam was human and sinned. Jesus is God and did what Adam could never do. Christ lived a sinless life on earth and willingly died for those who would believe in Him for the purpose of reuniting them to God.
It is obvious that Adam had no earthly father so in that aspect God was his Father/ Creator. Just as He is our Father/ Creator.

Well, to begin with, Jesus is NOT a created being.
Read John 1:1-3
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.
"The Word" refers to Jesus. He is God. The Bible called Him 'Immanuel', which means "God with us". He is part of the Holy Trinity - God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit.

True Christains are learned in the things of God and most definitely the Word of God so they know the peril of changing anything that is written in the Bible. I think that sometimes because some are so intent on trying to discredit God and Who He Is, they jump on any wagon to try to malign with the men and women of God say. Like some will say that the Bible contradicts itself, it does not. You cannot just pick any verses that you want to and go from there. The Word of God says that the COMPLETE Bible was given to us for inspiration and that men wrote it when 'stirred' by the Holy Spirit. May God Bless U.

Think "Jewish".
Why did Esau want to kill Jacob in Genesis 27? Because Jacob stole the birthright that is suppose to go to the "firstborn".
The title "firstborn" is from the Greek "prototokos" which means both first out of the womb (which Jesus was from Mary) and preeminance (which Jesus is over all Creation).
Col 1:18
And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.
Eph 1:21
[Jesus, Who is] far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come. And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.
You can confirm this with John 1 and Revelation. Jesus was not created, but was the Creator of ALL that is creation.
John 1:3
All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.
Re 4:11
“You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created.”
Angels are creations, not "born" of God. Yeshua is eternal, and has been with God from the beginning. That is why He is the Alpha Omega.

satan has been using religion forever and a day to rewrite the Word of God. But since religion is base solely on "I think", "I feel," "that's good enough," the religious don't see the point. Or should I say, don't want to.
"Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you." Deuteronomy 4:2
"Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar." Proverbs 30:6
"For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book." Revelation 22:18-19
The NIV, TNIV, NASV, NRSV, NKJV, RSV, CEV, NCV, RASV, ESV, and many, many others all violate God's Word. Therefore, they can not be called God's Word. They are only religious books so-called "Holy Bible(s)".
Dr. Frank Logsdon was co-founder of The New American Standard Version. As people begin confronting Dr. Logsdon on some the NASV's serious omissions and errors. He re-examined the evidence and this was his verdict:
"I must under God denounce every attachment to the New American Standard Version. I'm afraid I'm in trouble with the Lord . . . I wrote the format . . . I wrote the preface . . . I'm in trouble; . . . its wrong, terribly wrong; its frighteningly wrong . . .The deletions are absolutely frightening . . . there are so many . . . Are we so naive that we do not suspect Satanic deception in all of this?"
Dr. Frank Logsdon
Co-founder, New American Standard Version
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not." John 1:1-5
"Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth." John 17:17
Like some other guy stated below me, it sounds like something from the JW and mormons.

Allah says in Quran: Surah Baqra 2:79
Then there is woe for them who write the Book with their own hands and then say, "this is from God", so that they may gain small price in lieu of it. Then there is woe for them for the writings of their own hands and woe to them for such earning.
O Christians, do you really edit the book of God (bible) and earn from copy rights and deserve wrath and curse of Allah?
