If God makes a promise or covenant, even He can't change His mind? He even said He wanted to break the covenant at one point regarding the people of Israel but because of His loving mercy and grace He will give them a chance, in fact many chances. What if He is not pleased with the people He made the promise or covenant with. What if they don't keep their end of the bargain. Even God can't go back on a promise? Is this the one thing that God can't do? He has no choice but to restore the land of Israel regardless if the people please Him or not?

If God can do all things and nothing is impossible to God, then if He wanted to go back on a promise He can? God can do anything and whatever He wants? Or is even God binded by His word?

If there's one thing God cannot stand, it's a coward! Through history, real men and women are scarce, so God is not obligated to live up to His end of the bargains made to the patiarchs...in fact, He does not like to be roused at all from His 'Holy Habitation'...without a damned good reason...and after so many false prayer alarms: "give me this, and save me from that", He must have turned off the answering machine and gone to sleep...and woe to any who dare wake Him up...just like dad on saturday mornings...remember?
And just maybe, God LIKES Monty Python movies, as well!

No God never went back on his promises, God may have allowed things to happen to punish his chosen people. But the Hebrews are and their land contract with God is still fully intact.... Now remember this, Gods promise was made to the 12 Hebrew tribes not just the the the one tribe that call themselves Jews today.. For history states that those that call themselves Jews today my not be one of the of the original 12 tribe and they can not be the true owners of the land.... But God will correct all things in his own time...................................................

The bible tells us that God cannot lie but if you read the story of Ester and about the king you can compare the king to God. In Ester the King gave a decree that the Jews be killed and he could not change that rule. However He made a new ruling that the people could defend themselves by whatever means necessary and the people rejoiced because they knew they were saved..

God can do anything. and no God isn't blinded by his word. God intends to keep his promises and covenants. and how do you think the covenant between him and Noah and others like Abraham its because God keeps his promises and God is the ultimate key and truth in life.

You are assuming those biblical stories are true and factual. You actually believe God spoke to anybody, or dictated His words to so-called prophets? Those tales are too far-fetched to be taken seriously, then there is the questionable origin of those fictional whoppers.

The Bible says that it is IMPOSSIBLE FOR GOD TO LIE.

In fact there's a book by Jehovah's Witnesses with that Title that was written in the 60's.
