Toasted Pizzas
Make toast, then spread a lil spaghetti sauce and sprinkle cheese on top. Then microwave for about 15 seconds to melt cheese. Sometimes I add pepperoni slices to it. =0}

Ranch Bacon-Cheese spread on toasted English muffins. Stir together 8 oz. shredded cheese, 1 tablespoon real bacon bits, 5 tblsp. mayo, and 4 oz. Ranch dressing. You can adjust anything to your taste. Yummy.

Smoked Salmon on a toasted bagel with cream cheese, capers, lettuce, tomato and red onion. IF you don't have that, at least I've figured out what I'm making for breakfast!! Grilled ham, swiss, pickle, red onion sandwiches on marble rye bread.
"Cuban" sandwich of ham, pork (more ham??) turkey, pickle, mayo, mustard, swiss cheese grilled under a brick on baguette.
