beautiful people go through most of the same things normal people do. As far as luck, it depends what you would consider luck. If you think beauty brings power then yes. They have some luck in that area. If you think it brings other things then yes. But overall they have the same amount of luck in every other area of life that everyone else has. If they have no personality to back up their looks then the luck will be short lived.

No they do not. It may seem like it, because in life in certain area's they seem to get what they want, but if you were to sit down and talk to a beautifully person and really get to know them , you'd find out that there life's aren't so lucky as you would think, you can never read a book by its cover. Some people put on smiles when really their home life's are horrible and they hurt on the inside and their hearts are crying out. Just because the body is beautifully doesn't mean there lucky. I don't think there is a thing as luck, life is what you make it. Life only turns with what choices you make and what decisions and roads you decide to take, that and prayer. other then that , life just is what its made , along with a few minor things that we cant control like death or sickness. But look at some things in your life that you think others are lucky in and try to see how they got where their at, and if it still appeals to you, give it your best shot and try to succeed in it, if you know its healthy for you and will help you! Good luck!

Hello. No, I don't believe there is really such thing as luck. Yes, some people seem to get things and have things their way. But, was it by how they acted? How they got it? I believe that when you choose a way to go you have to make sure it is the correct way. If you choose the wrong path, things will go wrong for you. Some people use themselves in the wrong way to get what appears to be "luck". Always walk, talk, act and make decisions honestly and you will be "blessed" with good things happening to you. When I was young, I was very beautiful. I chose the wrong mate and had a horrible life and still live with it to this day. Make the right decisions and "luck" (blessings) will follow you.

There is some merit behind what you are saying. But at first blush, it is not because of luck, it is because of something else.

I read a study awhile ago (can't remember what it is now) finding that people who were considered "attractive" by their peers -- on average tend to earn higher salaries and are more likely to be promoted, and promoted quicker. Perhaps it has something to do with employers wanting to project an "attractive image" of their company. People respond to an attractive image better than an unattractive image.

You already know that attractive people are used in selling products -- in commercials, posing on magazine covers, and also in the sales field. Ugly people just aren't received as well.

What's more is that attractive people tend to earn higher awards from juries than unattractive people, on similar sets of facts. Perhaps that is because if you are attractive, you are more likely to be viewed as "likable" by a jury of your peers.

Attractive people have easier times getting dates, because looks do matter. Perhaps it is also easier for them to make friends. There is probably a whole host of other advantages it carries too, small things which are difficult to discern.

But at the end of the day, I guess you could call it luck. Because some people were born beautiful, while others were born ugly. If you are in the former category, consider yourself lucky.

I know someone is going to say after I write this: "all people are beautiful." To which I counter: Many people's beauty can only be found on the inside.

No, they don't. Although it may seem that way sometimes, most of the beautiful people work very hard to be beautiful. And for the truly gorgeous ones, they have to work very hard to be taken seriously at their jobs. An example would be a beautiful blonde, blue eyes, flawless skin and a perfect body. She is an accountant. She will likely have a difficult time getting hired as an accountant because potential employers will automatically think she is blonde, beautiful and dumb. It is not always easy for the beautiful people either.

No, just look at Paris and Britney. One is depressed, the other is in jail. Not too lucky, if you ask me. But if it's money you're talking about, consider this: Possibly the most beautiful woman I have ever seen is an Indonesian who works at a shop in a mall and earns less than $6 a day.
