The more they know it bothers you the more they will continue to do it. Ignore them. When they see they don't piss you off anymore, they'll stay away from you. Do your job and pay no attention to them. And just because they're managers----that doesn't mean that they are right.

Different things you could de (and don't worry about how this is a mental health question...I've been there and I know this can be maddening)
Your managers MUST have someone over their heads that you could talk to anonomously. Find out who they are and meet with them. Don't go in emotional. Go in with the facts and act almost detached from the situation...this will make them understand that you are not just whining about your bad day at work...you are trying to create a healty work environment.
The only way this won't work is if it is a family run company and the people in charge of the managers are mom and dad.
If this is the case...
Start aggressively searching for another job and in the mean time smile and do your job better than you ever have before so that when you leave and they have to replace you they will have to replace you with 2 people. Oh and go out in class, thank them for the opportunity to work for the company, maybe get them a little gift...maybe a small box of gormet chocolate, give them 2 weeks like you should and HONESTLY tell them how much you have learned from them...you don't have to say it was how NOT to act.
They won't know what hit them. I PROMISE>...as I said...been there done that!!

If you can't ignore them and just go about your business, perhaps it would be helpful to go above their heads to their bosses. If they are just managers, they probably have to answer to a "higher-up" on the personnel scale. Just tell the big boss that their pettiness is distracting you from doing your best job. Or perhaps ask for a transfer to a different department. There are more than one ways to skin a cat, and apparently, these two cats just don't get it. Good luck!

How do you know that they talk about you behind your back? Remember, managers are not above being reprimanded for such behaviour...If you say nothing, you're contributing to their rude and obnoxious behaviour... If you are sure that this isn't just your imagination, you should report them to the top supervisor.... They are not representing good management..

Get Obelix to beat them up. Maybe Dogmatix will bite their rear end. Getafix can prepare you a magic potion which wil enable you to thump them. Hire Cacofonix to sing to them. Unhygenix can give them some fish. :)
Talk to Vitalstatistix and have them canned. Tell Vitalstatistix that if he doesn't take action the sky will fall on his head. A Lawsuit. :)

Sounds like your Mgmt folks are not setting a good example for their employees to follow. Dont let it bother you. Do your job and do it to the best of your ability. Bad people will weed themselves out....read that again...Bad people will weed themselves out. Its true! Hang in there..those folks will screw up and either get fired, quit or move on.

That is a tough situation to be in. Do you have an HR representative? If you do, that's who you need to go to, if not, just do your best not to be around them and don't give them any ammo to use against you, such as, talking badly about others, even though they do.

The best solution is to pray, and turn this all over to God. Ask Jesus for help, and pray for them. Praying for your enemies not only will make you feel much better, it will bug them that they cannot upset you. Keep praying, you could end up being on a professional, civil level with them before its all over with.

Talk to your immediate supervisor first. If that doesn't get results, talk to your company's human resources person and request that it remain confidential.
