honestly, guys are very easy to understand. If he's taken or totally out of your league then forget about but even if he's better looking then you, just take an interest in whatever he says, laugh at his bad jokes and smile a lot. Make plenty of innuendos and suggest that you two go do something just for fun or in a group. Once he suspects you like him (sometimes guys can be dense in this area) he will make a decision whether or not to pursue.

how can i get a girl i like to like me back? if u can answer this you have your answer....be yourself if that doesnt work, u cant......or it will take a while. do u remeber the show family matters? steave ercle love lora but she did not like him until the end and they got married......its either yea or u gonna have to wait along time until he comes around

you can't really,
it does have to be mutual,
he might give you a chance and go on a couple of dates, but only if you step forward,
honestly, tat's a vague question,y you might want to add some more to that,

there realy is no way if he alresy does not like you like that so just try and get to know him and see but you can't chang him if he does not like you that way
