find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Do cardio. That's the only way to burn fat. 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Cardio is using your legs by walking, running, jogging, dancing, anything that makes you use your legs and pant heavily. NOTswimming or things that make you use your whole body. Just your legs!! Also it helps to watch what you eat and make a 500 calorie deficient. Do this by calculating how many calories you eat on a normal day, and reduce it by 500 calories, while making sure you get enough calories. Women need at least 1200 calories a day. After you lose the fat, then think about things like muscle toning, by doing crunches and ab exercises. Crunches alone will NOT make you lose fat. Neither will just eating right. You must do cardio!! Good luck.

There isn't a real way to target your stomach area. They say do situps, crunches, etc. But honestly I think you'd have to work out your whole body. Everyone's body is different. Depending on your body, when you exercise, you lose certain areas before you lose the tummy. Or if you're one of the lucky ones, you'd lose the tummy first.

Cardio! Run, bike, swim, jumprope, walk, do something to get your heart rate up and to move your body. That is the way to lose fat. Then after you lose the fat toning it is up to the crunches you do daily.
