I am 142 pounds currently and 5'4" tall. I am looking to be somewhere around 117 lbs. ideally. I have begun a diet and exercise program structured with both cardio and toning 5 days a week. I am just wondering if there is a safe weight loss pill/supplement to take that would kick start my stubborn weight loss. I have recently come off the pill, and am looking to regain the physique I had before I started taking it.

if there was a weight loss pill that works there would be no obese people.
you just have to eat healthy, consume enough calories to not deprive your body and exercise (cardio is the only fat burning exercise).

Your gelding could benefit from being fed Purina Senior Complete feed and maybe try a liquid supplement that sticks to the food better. Also, have his teeth checked. He may need to have his teeth floated which could be making it painful for him to eat whole grains, which is another good reason to feed Purina Senior since it is soft pellets rather than hard grains. Both of my Seniors are fed Purina Senior and soaked alfalfa cubes in addition to all the hay/pasture they can eat. Both of them are in excellent health and have no need of extra supplements. If you are feeding a balanced nutritious diet using high quality feeds most horses don't need extra supplement.
