I assume in Mandarin,

mei zi -- 妹子
mei mei -- 妹妹
xiao mei -- 小妹

Choose one .... different context though.....

小妹妹(xiao mei mei), the Chinese Pinyin in the brackets share the similar pronounciation with the following words" SHOW MAY MAY".If you can speak the three capitalized words ,you can pronounciate the Chinese Pinyin .

小妹妹xiǎo mèi mei, if you means a little girl.

in which dialect?? cantonese of mandarin??
cantonese would sound some what like mou moui
mandarin would sound some thing like mai mai (has the long a sound)
