giving up drugs and drinking was an honourable act before the Lord, and He can now back up your honourable act with His Glorious blessing :-)
i will pray for you tonight. have a look at www.creflodollarministries.org he has some GREAT sermons on overcoming addiction and also on blessing in the workplace financially.
your best bet right now is to get scriptures from the bible, and speak them out in faith over your life and situation. Look up in your concordance "Freedom" and also for your work situation, look up the words "abundance" and "prosper". God promises to look after you in every single area in life, that doesnt leave out work.
you will be fine my friend.. Congratulations at overcoming addiction and making an ew start! you are right in a way that the "better your chances" if many pray.... because the word says where two agree touching ANYTHING it WILL be done for them. not might, not could, but WILL.
but always remember, your own prayers are what matter most, you need faith to recieve what you ask for, and faith comes by hearing the word of God. go to that website and hear the word! its free and you will build your faith.

praise god for the victory i too was once a crack addict and alcohol abuser, and the lord saved my life.what i want you to know is that this is a very delicate time for you.you need to be surronded by positive people.you need to stay close to the lord because the enemy which is satan doesnt want you to stay clean.he will use every trick in the book to make you think that you need to get high, remember that doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is in sanity.put your trust in the lord and remember that he is a way maker.i will pray for you and remember whatever happens that god has a plan for your life even if you dont.things arent going to come to you easily.it's going to take some hard work, but if you belive and trust in the lord he will make ways out of no way.he will open doors that you never thoght would be opened,he will put people in your life specifically just to bless you.i know all this to be true because he did it for me.every obstacle that was in my way god just took me around it and delivered everything that the devil stole from me right back to me.no it didnt happen overnight, but it happened.i had nothing but i didnt murmur or complain i had to get public assistance, i had to depend on others but to god be the glory he put at my hand every need that had to be met.it wasnt much at the time but i was thankful for everyone and everything he sent my way.so hold on continue to pray and let the lord lead you and eveything will be fine.remember i didnt say there wouldnt be any bumps in your journey, just keep god first and everything else will fall into place.amen

It's not the a matter of being loud...God hears every prayer sometimes the softer ones speak louder than words.
Heavenly Father, I lift up my sibling to you, Help him making a new start. Show him how to keep her job and make a sale. Show him that You are in control and will never leave or forsake him and You will provide for everything he needs. Let him be aware of Your presence with him in all he does and says. Let him be a blessing in her place of business that You will be glorified. In the precious name of Jesus, AMEN.

I applaud your decision to give up those things that were destroying your life. I believe in prayer and I will keep you in mine this evening. I pray that God will reward you in ways you can't even begin to imagine. I, too, have a request. Say a prayer for my son that he may find his way out of debt so that he can begin with a clean slate when his child is born later this year. I will pray for a miracle for you. God works through us all.

Wow - Did you do it cold turkey? It can be very difficult to stop those habits and try to make a new start - but with self respect and believe in yourself...there should be no problems.
We can all pray for you - but it is the most important to pray to G-d yourself. He obviously has been with you to help you with one of the most difficult things in life, to stop doing drugs, etc.
He is still with you.
I have added you to my nightly prayers and hope your road to recovery is quick and healthy.
Refuah Shleimah! = [May you have] a Complete Recovery!

Good luck, my friend! What kind of sales are you in? Where do you live?

Congratulation on your new start. I will pray for you and hope you don' t lose your job. I am glad you change your life and begin in a new direction. It would much better if you believe in the Lord and accept Jesus as your saviour. If you are not save yet, you should take that into consideration, because life is short and your soul
is eternal.
Jesus had died to save the world from sin, hed died and resurected from the grave and ascended to heave. He said "In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. and if I go and prepare a plcae for you, I will come again, and reciev you unto myself; that where I am, there you may be also. " Read John 14 verses, 2-3
Jesus said "I am the way, the truth and the life, no man come unto the Father, but by me" John 14v6. Are you you trusting in calvary and the precious blood of the Lord Jesus Chris for your salvaton?
Friend your soul is eternal (Matthew 25:46). you will either spend eternity enjoying the blessings of heaven or suffering the dammnation of hell. As the joy of heaven is above our sweetest dream, so is the horror of burning hell scarier than our most hair-raising nightmare. The choice is yours, salvation is free and eternal, please don't neglect it or delay.
How do you get saved and receive eternal life?
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him form the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man beleiveth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Roman 10;9-10
In your own words confess God that your your are a sinner (Roman 3:23) and ask GOd to you. as your savior.] Good luck and believe in CHrist beecause he can truly change your life.

Consider yourself prayed for. That is if you don't mind the prayers of a Wiccan. But, prayer is prayer and one who asks should not be choosy about where the prayer comes from.

Did and done...remember the bible says there are two sides fighting for dominance in your body at all times...the spirit and the flesh. Which ever side you feed is the side that will rule. So ever find your self wanting to drink or do drugs crack open a bible, pray, go to church, worship etc...feed your spirit and you will overcome! Blessings

I will keep you in my prayers. I'm in a similar situation. I'm in the process of trying to make a new life for myself, and I know how difficult it is to try to purge yourself of bad habits. It's an ongoing struggle, so I always ask people to pray for me whenever they get the chance. The more help, the better! Best of luck with everything!
