My computer...it has a Bible software program with many different versions, scholarly works etc. And I can walk where I need to go, so that, and considering the price of gas...I will keep the computer.

It depends on how it is happening... In most cases I would prefer keeping the most expensive item (the car)
with the car I can drive to a nearby Barnes & Noble and buy a brand new Bible and then to a computer store and buy a brand new computer..
If the loss is permanent, I would keep my bible..

Computer.
I do not need a car, as I live in the heart of New York City and the public transit is very comprehensive. If I ever do need a car for a while, I simply rent it.
I can easily go to a web site and view the entire bible as well as all of the Apocryphal/ Deuterocanonical writings

Computer, I have the Bible on the computer and without my car, I just e-mailed a friend to give me a ride, while my car is being worked on.

My computer. I can place programs that let you download the Bible on it and I can get on the interent to talk to friends and look up things that I need to know. I guess I really don't need a car, I can learn to walk.

If the computer was connected to the internet it would be better to keep that. It has the online bible and lots of other great books to while away the hours.
