Science is the practice of deduction. You can induce a lot of things, if you accept something as self-evident, such as a messed up world. If it's messed up, there is a reason. Assign the reason to a person, and you have blame.
But without the scientific method, you have little hope of using deductively reasoning much of a practical nature.

Deduce? From God? Why? Doesn't God TELL us everything? Control everything?

That is exactly what our ancestors did.
Only 350 years ago many Christians thought that a lightning rod was heretical.
