My boyfriend and I had an argument and I ended our nine month, long distance relationship. He didn't say much but said he will explain when we meet in June. Haven't heard from him in two weeks and his friendster still says 'in a relationship'. What does this mean? Is there still hope for us or could he already be in a relationship with someone else without me knowing? He does have a reputation of being a player...
We've been doing pretty well until recently. I'm kind of disappointed cuz I've been looking forward to spending the summer with him. Now I'm not even sure if he's going to meet me since we haven't been in touch. What if he doesn't get in touch with me...should i contact him before I leave, when I get there or not at all? I don't know what to think anymore...any advice?

If you were looking forward to the summer, why did you end it? It doesn't really matter at this point, you need to contact him ASAP, as in RIGHT NOW, and tell him you made the biggest mistake of your life and want a second chance. Don't worry, you'll have him back, and it'll just make your relationship stronger.

My advice? Ditch him. Why would you want to try it with a guy who "has a reputation of being a player." That's just not smart dating. If you really insist on finding out, just call or write him and ask him! If he doesn't respond, then you know. Think about it, though. Deep down inside you already know what to do. Follow your brain and THEN your heart. That is the best advice anyone can give you.

Just because the Friendster status says 'still in a relationship' doesn't guarantee anything. If he doesn't log in often, then obviously he can't be bothered updating his profile. Or even if he logs in constantly it still doesn't mean anything.
It sounds like the relationship is just over. Well if you still like him, then wait till June. But if I were you I'd consider myself single already. When he said he'd explain later, it's like when guys say 'I'll call you'

him wanting to explain in person is saying something.
it could mean it's not over for him.
also the fact that if he was completely through with you too, he would've taken the initiative to go and change his status.
but it sounds to me that you don't want to break up.
i can't tell you what to do because i don't know what the argument was over,
but if you don't want it to end don't make things look like you want it to.
being rash could cause you to lose something good.
since you ended it and he wanted to talk to you,
maybe you should contact him..
he just might be waiting for you to contact him.

sounds like it's over. You broke up with him but you're still going to visit him? Why??? Get on with your life and forget about him. Don't waste your time. Don't call, don't write - don't do anything. Go to the movies with a girlfriend.

keep tryen to get a hold of him and if u cant i dont know if u should go b/c u dont want to go and find out he is with some one els. keep tryen to talk to him cuz u dont want him tojust up and leave and when u message him still act like yall are going to see each other!

well you can call him before you leave to see if he plans on meeting , and yes it is possible that he is in a new relationship w/o you knowing but it is morelikely that he just hasn't changed his information on his profile yet, either way you should check it out, and see what happens
