i need to know please it sounds like a stupid question but please

you cant tell it that easy.
it depends from much more than weight - you have to know hight and body fat percentage as well.

That is too generalized of a question. Pant size and all clothing size varies according to your height and bone structure, we cannot tell your body shape on here so it is impossible to say.

If you are losing weight by exercising, you are going to build some muscle, which will cut down on some weight loss, as muscle weighs more than fat.
I know women who weigh 150 pounds who wear a pant size six and others the same weight who wear a pant size 10, based on their individual body structure.

The general rule is that you will go down one pant or skirt size with a 10 to 12 pound weight loss. So if you wear a size 16 at 150, you will wear a 14 at 140, a 12 at 130 and so on.

Female, 5 feet 6 inches, 159 pounds, size 8/USA

My size is smaller than the normal 159 pound female because I jog daily.

i know u'll hate hearing this but..it depends on what ur body is like..
i have bigger hips (i hate it but love it) lol so obvisouly that means i have to buy pants according to my hip size..not my waist..
i weigh 156ish and wear a size 9 in Jr's

im 250lbs and wear a 36.... it will depend on your height, body type, gender, etc....
