Losing weight period is very scientific. It is also helpful to have willpower and self control. Remember the math- if you are putting in your body more than you are burning off, you will gain weight. Portion control is key. Also, a big tummy is a sign of overeating carbs (from bloating). Eat more protein (Chicken, Fish, Cheese, meat) and greens and watch your belly melt away. Stay away from the 2 B's- anything in bags or boxes. And if you need additional help, follow a diabetic diet. All diets are derived from a diabetic diet. Oh, and don't forget, drink lots of water and move your body- I promise you will see results!

You can't lose weight from a certain area of your body, you are built the way you are! You can tone your certain parts, but weight loss is a complete function. Everyone is designed differently! work that area to build muscle, and it will show.
