now i'm using streptomycin sulfate but still there are bacteria colonies on my plates.

Have you tried bleach?

I find that bleach clears up most things. haha.

Looks like streptomycin-resistant bacteria. Not playing with Staphyloccus aureus, are you? They're resistant to just about everything.
Try a few other antibiotics

Seal it in a plastic bag and never touch it again.

are the things you are using sterile???? sometimes its something little like your petrie dishes etc
