I had never heard of this person, but it sounded like an interesting topic, so I went Google-searching. There are many websites mentioning his name, but most of them are in French. However, I did find one you could check out, which I linked below. Maybe you could e-mail the owner of that website and ask if they know of a way to contact Fr. Ubach.
