The 302 is listed as a 5L engine

The power strokes are either 6.4, 6.0, 7.4 depending on the age of the engine. The new 6.4 is quite an engine with the dual turbos on it. good luck

My pre-powerstroke is a 6.9 (420)
The 302 is a 5.0

Comparable size, I don't think would be much of a concern, other than maybe the turbo's on the 7.3 (not 7.4)

Weight on the other hand, WILL be a concern.
You would need to have heavy duty suspension in place before you hit the road if you drop in a Powerstroke over a gas engine.
The blocks have to be stronger (thicker...heavier) to handle the compression results

i can tell you this 2 people can pick up a 302 fully dressed and carry it around a shop. 2 people that look like arnold could drag a 7.3 across a shop, there heavy
