I am at around 128-130 lbs and I need to get back to my normal 120 range. I am being called fat by my relatives and I really need to get back in shape. It really sucks and I hate feeling this way. I need to lose 10 pounds fast. Please help me!!!! I need a detailed plan please.

First of all, don't freak out because 10 pounds is not a lot. This is what you should do. Start jogging every day or every other day. Next is diet. You have to stay away from junk food, fast food, sodas, sweets, etc. Yes I know it's hard but no one said dieting is easy. If it was easy there wouldn't be so many lard butts walking around. Eat good wholesome food, like meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, salads, fruit, whole wheat bread, etc. If there is a gym in your area join up and start working out. Good luck!

Well, your relatives need a counseling session in "shut up".

I can't tell you if you really need to lose ten pounds or not, depending on your height and your frame, you may be perfectly healthy where you're at.

If you are intent on losing weight fast, not necessarily in a healthy manner, go donate blood - or make friends with some leeches... go to a sauna for several hours... ingest some microbes and get diarrhea...

If you want to lose weight in a healthy manner... focus on your health. Eat healthy foods, carbohydrates and protein have fewer calories per gram than fats... Get plenty of exercise, whether you walk a neighbor's dog, mow the lawn, take a friend's kids out for a wild activity that gets you moving (water balloons, paintball, tag, etc)... For me, caring for my godson for an entire day is more exercise than I imagine, standing up, sitting down, crawling on the floor, lifting the baby, sitting down, standing up, walking him around for 30 minutes while he settles for a nap, sitting down, crawling around, etc etc... There is more exercise in this world than can be located in a gym.
Get enough rest so you awake feeling energized, and not groggy all day.
Drink plenty of water... that should go without saying in any circumstance, but there's probably enough sugar in a can of soda to give energy to a lightbulb for a few hours, not to mention the empty calories that do nothing to provide nutrition to your body.

First of all, your relatives need to shut up. I don't know how tall you are, but at 130 pounds, I would hardly consider you fat. If you want to lose weight, eat healthy and exercise. Easier said than done, right? I always recommend Weight Watchers, because they teach healthy eating in proper amounts but don't exclude any foods. However, I don't recommend crash dieting to lose the weight as quickly as possible, because the weight loss won't be permanent and you won't learn the healthy eating habits you will need to keep the weight off.

Are you serious?? I WISH I was that size again! Your family needs to get help, not you. Depending on your height, that is a good weight to be at! If you are trying to lose weight to please your family, it won't work. You'll only force yourself to regain it all. You need to workout for yourself, not for anyone else.
