Fat satisfies hunger the most since it is what the human animal was designed to exist on. Carbs would be a second choice. Calories, by their nature are higher in fats and carbs than veggies and fruits or some other proteins.

High fat is more calories but more satisfying. Carbs, filling and more instant energy but if not used up, turns to body fat.

Try a good sensible combo of all three with exercise. It still is the only proven way to maintain and lose weight.

I would say carbs and fat. Calories are counted on the amount of fat and carbs - pretty much means that the more calories the more exercise you will need to do to burn those calories away. I think the most filling food would have to be McDonalds - which is full of fat and carbs.

My doctor told me when you eat things like roasted potatoes and plain white pasta, your body absorbs it very quickly, so you are hungry alot quicker.

Whole wheat pasta is delicious and so are other types of potatoes. Also, try drinking water? It fills you up and doesn't have calories.

And as for you not gaining weight, ENJOY IT! I'd kill for that.

seek for end result and vegetables that have a intense water content fabric or a good number of fiber. I continually get crammed up speedier once I consume my vegetables uncooked. Like with carrots, while uncooked, i can heavily consume only plenty, yet once I consume them roasted i think like i could desire to consume a whoooole bunch. Salads are continually a competent determination, and you are able to load them up with a good number of vegetables, in basic terms be careful approximately your dressing options.

If you don't gain any weight then there's nothing to worry about.
