it means Happy BIrthday Sam!! in Itailian

i wanted 2 be able to tell my bff sam happy b-day in italian- she is 98% italian- so please please please HELP!

i no that really means happy of sam birthday or something like that but that is wut the translater said.

Correct form is "Buon compleanno, Sam!" (more commonly used) or "Felice compleanno, Sam!"
Be careful: "Sam di compleanno felice" is like saying "Sam of birthday happy" :)

Buon = booh on
Felice = fay lee chay ("e" is pronounced like the "a" in "nation")
Compleanno = kom ("o" like in "home") play ahn noh

Answer one is almost correct, except that an ending "ce" is pronounced "Cheh" in Italian (i.e. "Duce" (Mussolini's nickname))
