What can you do when being harrassed by corrupt cops?
Making false statements about you, laughing and saying its only a class a misdemeanor and they won't get in any trouble?????

Get a mini tape recorder and keep it hidden to tape him doing this. Ask him about the other times so maybe he'll run his mouth about those too. (Do not get caught or he'll take the recorder and arrest you on false charges)
Once you have that on tape leave and make sure that before you shut the recorder off that you state the date, time and include the year.
Make copies of the tape. One to his boss, one to your lawyer, and some extras for the press just to keep everyone honest.

I put a LARGE knot on his forehead, then told his boss what I'd done. I was at a point where there was only one option left and it was not nice. I was prepared to take him out. He actually died of a heart attack before I had to ruin my life! I've got a tort claim filed already but the City has tried everything they could think of to play games. I'm about to come untorqued on these fools. BTW, the OSBI got involved with the cop and he was run off from the law enforcement world!!! The piece of trash was stalking my ol lady & me thinking that he was being cute. Until I got him that night!!! THAT SQUEAL WAS ALMOST BETTR THAN SEX!!!!!

Remember, not all cops are corrupt, there are good cops out there, but once you meet bad one(s), its hard to trust a cop again.

you never stated how the cop was corrupt or how anyone harassed you, i am a retired cop and will always do certain things with people i do not totally trust. i carry a very small voice activated recorder.it saved my butt more than once
