I've got tiny pimples spread over all across nose and under my eyes. How do I rid of these without proactive because they aren't huge.

Buy some Aapri or St. Ives apricot scrub. Use it every other day until it starts working, then 1 - 2 times a week for maintainance.
Use a face wash, toner, sunscreen and moisturizer for your skin type - oily, dry, sensitive, combination.
Keep hair clean and off your face.
Keep hands off face unless you are washing it!

try a biore strip-maybe they are black heads
