coz i really want to tame my hamster. is it a sign that i tamed my hamester already? if yes, yay!!!! i have a playmate.

Yes it is a good thing, but it doesn't mean you tame your hamster. It really means your hamster knows you well and trust you. Hamsters rarely licks it self in others hands, but it looks like both of you had bond. Good thing for you! :>

Small rodents will lick your hands and fingers for the salts on your skin since it's a vital mineral. If you give her a little salt/mineral block in her cage she won't need to do that as often.
But, since she's not biting your finger off, yes, she's tame. :-)

I heard somewhere that it means they are comfortable with you. I've also heard that it's because they are licking the salt of your skin. I like to think that it's because they feel comfortable around you, it just sounds nicer that way, I think.

My guinea pigs do it.

Do we have salty lips though!? Because one of my guinea pigs tries to lick my lips. :o
