1] buy and use a facewash, toner, moisturizer, and sunscreen for your face type - dry, oily, sensitive, or combination
2] use facewash and toner AM and PM; use sunscreen in morning and moisturizer at night
3] buy Aapri or St. Ives apricot scrub, and use it every other day until you start seeing results.
4] Try pore strips - they work well for some people - use right after shower or bath so pores are open.
5] use a clean washcloth, scrub, or just your fingers to wash face every time.
6] eat a 'clean' diet - lean protein, low fat dairy, whole grain cereal and bread, lots of fruit and vegetables. No fried, fast, or junk food - even diet junk food.
7] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
8] take a quality multivitamin with minerals every day
9] keep your fingers off your face! [ hair too ]

i have the same problem... biore pore strips help A LOT.
you just put them on (depending on where your blackheads are) your wet nose, chin, or forehead, after you wash your face. It stays on for about 10-15 minutes (or until it feels hard like paper mache) and then you slowly peel it off. it gets rid of a lot of blackheads, but you can only use it about two times a week.
HOPE THAT HELPS...

I have the same problem. Really, what i do is go to a pharmacy (any pharmacy or walmart that has a pharmacy) and buy some soap that really its purpose is to eliminate blackheads. I think you will have to try several until you get to the one that really works on you.
I hope this helps.
