JVC Camera Help?

I have Jvc gr-d270u and i need the driver for it i got froma rent-to-own place. and i cannot upload my videos. if anyone can help me at all please do.

What kind of cables do you have? My sister gave me a JVC GR-D370u for Christmas which included a USB cable and she also gave me a DV cable. When I tried uploading video with the USB cable, nothing happened. But the DV (Digital Video) cable worked fine. Now I'm wondering if the USB should be for uploading pics since it's the same type I use with my digital camera.

So if you've got a USB cable, try getting a DV cable and try again.
