does anybody have the number or a link to a website of the company that is selling the new flatheads from france?

I'm not sure if they can supply the French flatheads, but you might try checking with:

or

Haven't looked but for anything automotive, try Hemmings motor news, they are about the bible when it comes to old stuff, cars or parts. good luck
