Well, I'd say that particulars vary from girl to girl. You, however, want the right girls to be attracted to you! So, if you want the RIGHT type of girl to notice you, be courteous and friendly. Chivalry isn't dead, you know! Romantic gestures will always be an effective way to win a girl's heart! You also need to work on your confidence. Girls don't seem to like guys that are always down on themselves. Instead of worrying about your faults, keep reminding her about how great she is!

the first thing that i look for is sense of humor, be polite, be a gentle man, because you don't see that much now a days, im 17 and there was this guy in my class that always called me ma'm and i never had a guy the same age call me that and it made me feel good. And im sure you already know this but go out of the way for (all girls alike) hold the doors for them you know it gets there attention ((even if you have to stand at the door for 1.2 minutes for them to reach the door))...... oh and dont bragg about anything we hate that Grades, Money, how strong you are.... (you know unless we ask:)

When boys are outgoing right off the bat it is easier to talk to them. I love it when guys give you eye contact when they're talking or listening to you. It bugs me when boys act like girls are from different planets. You don't have to stand a million yards away from them!

When I first met a guy I look for interest in me...So if you see a girl let her know ou are interested.....
Also I look for nice, sweet, likable guys.....
And guys that are not trying to hard....
Just be you man....Thats all you got to do

it depends on what kind of guy theyre looking for i like a guy thats tall with dark hair and not fat i like them to be consideret to me and love me no matter what i want them to hang out with me because they like me not because they want some i dont like them to make my desicions for me and i like them to leave me alone whenever i just want some girl time but really it all kinda depends on what kind of a girl she is
