1880 calories to maintain your weight.
if you want to lose weight - take off 300-400calories off - so that would be 1480-1580calories a day.
if you know how to count calories then dont go lower than 1500cal a day because you are growing up and i bed you want to be healthy, smart and beautiful person in a few years when you have grown up.

a 2,000 calorie diet is pretty much recommended for everyone, but there is some site that really goes in depth...I can't remember it now,but i'll look for it... hold on.... http://nat.crgq.com/mynat/index.html you will need to create an account but it's super easy. I used it for school, it's a big help! much luck=)
