Yes, cereal is fine for breakfast, but not for dinner. You need vegetables, protein and whole grains. You have to eat a minimum of 1,200 calories a day. Your menu is no where near that. Yes, 1,200----that's to lose weight. Eat less than that, and you'll be starving your body and it will hold on to ALL your stored fat and calories to protect your vital organs. So you lose nothing. You must have 1,200 minimum.

Overall, it sounds okay. Just make sure you're not having that every single day. Your body needs lots of nutrients from a variety of foods. Also, try to have some fruit and maybe some nuts with the cereal. For dinner, add some vegetables on the side. In between, you can have some yogurt or a banana. Actually, I don't think you should be having 2 bowls of cereal a day, but if its only once in awhile its fine. It sounds like you're trying to be too healthy, and it will backfire

You're not foolin' me, Pooh Bear. I know your menu - it's really more like this - Breakfast - Honey. Lunch - Honey. Dinner - Honey
My only advice is don't starve yourself. If your body starts getting hungry and thinks it's starving, it will store all of the fat from your binges as it prepares for starvation.
If you want to lose weight - eat, eat, eat. Just don't eat too much, and don't eat the wrong stuff. McDonalds - forgetaboutit. No more fast food, or you'll stay fat!

Not bad in terms of calories, if you are trying to lose weight. But it would not be a good diet to eat every day because it lacks variety. No fruit, hardly any vegetables. Romaine lettuce is not the worst type of lettuce, but you really need vegetables and fruit for vitamins.

2% milk has a lot of fat in it, to be honest. You should definitely have Skim milk....it tastes just the same to me and has absolutely NO fat. If you won't do skim, then at least do 1%...2% has bunches of fat in it...just compare the amount of calories per surving in each kind next time you're at the grocery store. otherwise, it sounds like you're eating healthy, besides you should do reduced fat/fat free ranch dressing OR a different kind of dressing....ranch has a lot of cals

That is sounds like it is a Healthy food to me, except your dinner. I think you need to have a heavier meal for your dinner. How about some meat or fish with some vegetables. I think that would be better to live a life with.
