When depression causes mental pain, it's time to see a doctor. It can become unbearable at times and since it's caused because of a chemical imbalance in the brain, medication is the best treatment. When it's not just the normal ups and downs of life, u will know from the pain depression causes. Good Luck!

When you have to ask this question its time. Its nothing to be ashamed of and it wont go away on its own. If you are having suicidal thoughts see a doctor right now.

when you realize it is there, before it even becomes a problem. depression is a nasty thing, i know, i dealt with it most of my life, and have come past it. you need to find the right methods to deal with the depression, before it gets to the point that you CANNOT deal with it. therapy is a start. therapy helps you find the means to deal with the depression in a healthy way. meds help too, luckily in my case the meds were temporary.
if you are depressed, get help before it's too late.

I don't have much to tell u about that since I don't seek help for a doctor really, but u can go anytime specially if your condition is getting worse! What I suggest is to rather eat healthy, lots of praying, search for god and also find someone who will really understand your problem and comprehends what your going through, I know exactly how it feels. Feel free to talk to me if u want, my e-mail is dismaomay@yahoo.com or lilpavette06@hotmail.com..Hope you get welll and don't think too much about it, that's what I DID WRONG! TRUST ME! I let MY THOUGHTS TAKE OVER ME AND DOMINATE ME!! hope it don't happen to u, Good Luck!

If you have to ask, it is time. Medication can make you feel normal again.
