No, not even legal permanent residents such as myself. You have to be a citizen (either born or naturalized) to be able to vote.

No. Voting is a right reserved to the citizens only. Neither visitors with legal visas, nor legal immigrants with green cards gets to vote.

Immigrants cannot vote because they are not citizens but only given the privilege of being residents in a country.
