I have a deep conscience gorgeous... :)
Many people obviously reveal themselves in a deceptive way. They won't reap anything but their own rewards, which may not be pretty. Hypocrisy abounds in all walks of life, not just Christianity.
blessings :)

Men who say they are Christians but do not follow Christ's example may not have consciences. Plenty of those around I suppose, though I don't think its proper to make such a sweeping generalization when that seems to be more a trait of a hypocritical society at large.

No, they have consciences, but just like all the evidence that tells them their religion is false, they pretend that it either isn't there or doesn't matter. That is, until they bring public shame to the other christians... then they are poor victims misled by the devil, who just happens to know their greatest weakness and used it against them. Of course, the other christians will just deny that person was ever a christian to begin with (how quickly they turn on you... you gotta love that good ol christian spirit of unconditional love and forgiveness).

Peoples consciences get sered over the years. I grew up in a nonchristain home with no moral values. But since then I gave my heart to the Lord and have learned christian ethics and practice them.

I'm a Christan ,and my girlfriend at the time was a girl i met at church 12 years earlier. we ended up dating and she had a 3 yr old boy. she was having some maturity issues that i would have normally ended it over but i was friends with the family and i really admired the girl i knew from church years ago. she would sing in Christmas plays etc... well come to find out she was screwing a nightclub owner for two months while i was watching her boy . she is not a Christian.. did u really meet one ? Jesus said you will know them by their deeds, not what they say they are but what they do. i should have payed better attention to what she was . not what she said she was.now I'm happy with a girl that didn't call herself a Christian at the time but now is 4 sure, and the last 1 is with her second child out of wedlock and doesnt even know who the father is!! so much for titles....

Many have lazy consciences. Ones that don't get enough exercise and that have to be told by others what to think or feel.

Then they are not really Christians, they only claim to be. Who can rally judge if one has a conscience though? Only God himself.

Some people don't have insurance or a driver's license, yet they are called drivers by others. The name, "Christian," can be applied to anyone, but what substance is there in a label.

I would say...FOR SURE! But that little subtext about Christian men seems a bit unnecessary. Christian women are just like any other women--self loathing and catty. Just like this question.

Christians are people. Most of them have only the vaguest grasp of what the Bible teaches, and believe the Bible teaches what their pastor/community says it does. That is how the Bible can mention issues of injustice and poverty thousands of time and yet so many Christians still ignore those issues and vote Republican! :-)
