a panic attack so seivire that you had to call 911? how did you feel and what excately were your symptoms. serious answers please no joking

When I have anxiety attacks I feel my chest tighten and it feels like I'm going to have a heart attack. When I have a panic attack it starts out like an anxiety attack but it spreads to my throat. My throat starts to tighten and close and my chest hurts and I can't swallow then it spreads to my mind till I feel like a maniac because I feel so sure I'm going to die and I panic. Thank God for the medication I take daily to help control those. I don't take the kind that are addictive either cause they can kill you.

My mother had a panic attack before. She thought she had a heart attack that is how she described the pain. Severe chest pain and her breathing was impaired for a while ahe atarted crying we went to the hospital the doctor exlained thatshe had just had a panic attack. I guess only a doctor can tell the difference.

I did not have to call 911 but one time was on the phone with them when it happened. I had had several, one in the new Mystic tan chamber, one when my son got cut, the symptoms to me make me feel like I cant breathe and I get really really dizzy to the point of laying down at one point, u start sweating and u feel like you loose all control but just remember to try to breathe and you will come out of it...
