If flashing lights cause you problems you may have room for concern, but the rainbow effect is only a problem for a small portion of the population. Chances are with a modern DLP projectors (5-7 segment colour wheel, 4x or faster) you won't see the rainbow effect. That said, the test available at the first link may help.
