I had the envelope wiht a recepit...I send both (cheack and recepit) or just the envelope wiht my check...

send a copy of the ticket and send the check and ask for a return receipt in the mail . good luck .

Send a copy of the ticket and the check and ask for a receipt sent back. Do not lose the canceled check or if you don't get them back ask your bank about getting a copy showing that it was cashed. I have seen courts make people pay a ticket twice because of "lost" paperwork and no receipt.

Most traffic violations cannot be paid by check. I think you need a money order. You have to have the ticket number written on whatever you send.
