You say- "Magaling ka ring sumayaw a. Kaya nga sigurado akong bagay tayo mag-partner."

The first sentence is a literal translation but the second sentence literally translates as- That is why I'm sure we are suited to be partners." Some sentences can't be translated directly (word for word) without sounding weird.

That is colloquial Tagalog.

"Magaling ka ring magsayaw. Kung kaya bagay tayong maging magkapareha." Just pronounce every syllable like ah, eh, ee, oh, uh and you will be good. "i" is pronounced as ee
