Your not going to. Unless you find someone in SFG to give them to you. You have to have a need to know to get any information from SFG I believe at the minimum and top secret clearance. Maybe a secret, but I don't think so

Hand signals are commonly used by all tactical forces. They are not standardized and there is no secret to knowing them.
Here is a book on the topic followed by a complete copy of all US Army signals:

Try the Boy Scout Handbook. Many silent signals are the same. Good ones are kept secret!

You won't be able to. Each SF group has their own type of hand signals. And I'm pretty much sure they won't publish their hand signals for the general public to know about.
