take her to the vet first to ensure it is not a urinary tract infection, then you use the crate everytime you cannot supervise a 100% and when out of the crate she must be onleash attached to you so you can catch every single mistake, every time she attempts she attempts give a tug on the leash and firmly and sternly say "NO, Outside" and take her immediately outside, take her to one spot and tell her "pee, pee" , when she goes praise and reward her, make sure to take her out to the same spot at regular intervals and give the command "pee pee" always praising and rewarding while she is in the act. When she has had a month of no attempted accidents in the house on leash switch to using a babygate to confine her to the room you are in (vary the rooms so she learns the rules apply to the whole house) supervise her closely so no attempt can go unnoticed, any time she attempts say "no outside" and get her out right away
After a month like this with no atttempts she should be house trained

But remember if you allow accidents to occur during the training peroid it is your fault for not watching her a 100% and you delay her learning that peeing in the house is unacceptable. An don't punish/correct unless you see her in the act of going otherwise she has no idea why you are upset/angry with her, and that can set some dogs up to have seperation anxiety.

Some dogs wills only pee in the house when their owners not home, that is related to high levels of stress and anxiety because they were left alone and result in an uncontrollable need for the dog to pee the stress/anxiety prevents them from being able to hold it(so not caused by lack of housetraining) , so you need to crate and talk to the vet about meds and alone training for seperation anxiety(SA) in order to help the dog get over it's anxiety about being alone, it can take months or years to help overcome SA insome case the dog does better if another dog is brought into the home for companionship, but not alway does that work

Potty training should defenetly have taken place when u first brought the dog home.Anyways, Usually puppies\dogs have to go- right after waking up,after drinking water, if they are excited because of visitors etc\squirming or whining alot etc. unless ur dog can hold itself for a long time, bring the dog outside every hour on a grassy area so that it can have the chance to go.they must build up their tolerance to wait longer, just like a child. the dog must have a relief area that is safe for them (a safe place they always go to do their potty time) they eventually recognize the relief spot and get acustomed to it quickly. do not train ur dog to pee inside on newspaper because it prolonges the training process and confuses ur dog. when going outside, say a word for the dog like outside-or time to go pee and go immediatly to relief area and always praise\reward dog when it does any potty time outside to encourage the dog....
if dog does accidents inside- discipline by saying no and bring immediatly outside to show that they should pee outside and not inside. it has happened to me many time that she would go inside,i would start cleaning it ,and before i was done she had peed inside again because she still had to go. so going outside right away and cleaning after is a good idea. anyways good luck
if u have to leave dog home alone for a long time, ask a friend or family member to help u and bring ur dog outside for u.

you need to watch the dog ALL THE TIME, after he/she eats take him outside, after he wakes up take him outside, after you play with him take him outside, and when he has a accident in the house spank him with a news paper not to hard but it scares them, then take him out side, i did this for a few weeks with my dog and he started whining at the door when he need to use the restroom
