I really really care for this girl, and I want to eventually go beyond the friend stage we are at now, but the fact I am joining the US Army may strain our already touchy relationship, I've thought about checking the Base procedures where I will be stationed, and asking her to come live with me.

If you have an already-touchy relationship now, why would you want to strain it further by asking this girl to come live you you on an Army base? The kisses are so much sweeter when you see each other on your leave-time. Just let the relationship go where it goes. Bless it and let it be what it will be. And Best Wishes in the Army

Don't suspect or assume cheating unless there is a good reason for it. My boyfriend lives in NY and me in TX, we met on eharmony and have never met. But we've been together for 5 months now and it has crossed my mind. But why worry when he has given me nothing to worry about, no suspicions, nothing. Trust her and everything will work out. Do what ever you have to do, email, write, call, text message, IM, it all helps to keep you close together.

Why?So you can keep a close eye on her?If someone is inclined to not be faithful, they will cheat on you miles away, just as easily as they will cheat on you right under your nose.If the only reason you want her near you is to keep tabs on her you need to re-evaluate your relationship. My boyfriend lived 3 hours away from me.I never worried about what he was doing and I never cheated on him,but if I were going to cheat on him, miles or distance apart wouldn't factor into the equation.

if you're not even dating don't you think its a little hasty to ask someone to move away with you? long distance is usually a bad idea and will always leave you feeling unfulfilled (trust me, I'm in one). You have to make a decision to either trust the person or not to.
if you want to ask her to move away go for it. what have you got to lose if she's not even your girlfriend yet right?
