What about noah's family themselves?!

They repopulated the world?

How did all the marsupials get to australia, and all the different animals all found their way to specific regions?

How did Noah and his family overcome their own inbreeding?

How did a boat hold 2 of every animal on earth? (there are millions and millions of species of animals, not including insects)

What did these animals (that were used to eating each other) eat for the 40 days?

How did all of this fit on one boat?

If one story in the bible seems implausible, can the rest be seen as infallible?

These are the questions you should be asking.

Good Luck!

With the God of the Bible in complete control, I am sure this was all planned and taken into account prior to the flood.

We tend to look at what is and then try to say it is what was or to apply the current circumstances to the past recorded incidents. Such normally leads to misunderstanding.

In my view, all was plan and all is working out perfectly according to the plan of My God.

Of course this is my opinion and you are free to have your own my friend.

Since, after sacrificing the one, Noah turned six of each good animal loose, I don't think so. By the third litter or birth, there would be enough others that inbreeding would begin to fade.

What else could they have done?
I don't know if they "suffered" for it though, they bred.
