Like everyone else, I am confused. Do you have sex with your cousin? You should not. How old is your cousin? You are smart to use protection all the time; continue to do that whenever you have sex. However you need to be discerning about when to have sex and with whom.

Your "question" isn't clear but you shouldn't go to your cuz house if all you do is have sex. Protection can fail and babies and STDs can change your life forever. Should you listen? Depends on if they are saying "Respect yourself" or "lets go to your cuz house."

The USA has the most restrictive "rules" on having sex with your cousin, most other countries it's not encouraged, but not illegal,
The US is always a little behind the rest of the world with that "sex" thing, too many conservatives maybe
