You could expect to be able to parlay a degree in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs into a host of ultimately high-level jobs in a government, NGO, or corporate setting. For example, depending on your career ambitions, you could be considered competitive for jobs in such arenas as Foreign Ministry/State Department; United Nations; international charitable organizations; think tanks; and any of the Fortune 500 companies.

Of course, the better your school, and the better your grades, the better your job opportunities will be. Add fluency in one or two foreign languages (Arabic, English, French, and Spanish are the four official languages of the United Nations, and Chinese might not be a bad choice) and an affinity for cross-cultural negotiations, and you will have a dynamic combination. As you gain actual work experience, more and more doors will be opened to you.
