6am. special k w/2%reduced fat milk
7:15am. 1/2 orange and 20oz water
8am. 2 carrots and 3 small broccoli pices
10am. 20 cherries
11:30am; about 1/3 of a watermelon
12:45pm a big banana
5pm. 1 slice of wheat bread toast [80calories] and a slice of white turkey [40calories] and tomatoes and lettuce, 20oz water

later around 6pm i plan to eat an apple...


is it enough to be healthy???
if im missing anything important for a daily basis..please say so!!


and i ran for 5mins, walked 10mins..
300 crunches and 10push-ups.
i'm sick right now so i cant do much :/

if you are doing that many crunches you are not doing it wright. if you do them wright you only need 2-3 sets fo 20-25 reps 2-3 times a week- dont forget that they dont burn fat, they only build muscle.
you deffinately can eat more - get some protein in your diet and more veggies.

NO!!! Look, if you're going on a diet, you are going about it ALL wrong. I am naturally skinny and went on a diet almost exactly like yours, and guess what?! I GAINED WEIGHT. You are only eating fruits which have soooo much sugar. Where is the protein?! Where is the daily nutrients you need. You are eating way too little and way too much of one food category. Believe when i tell you this because i have not only read it, but i have done this so much and hvae gotten great results. You must eat around 5 small meals a day, maybe during breakfast you have 2 egg whites and a whole fruit. Then for lunch you have a salad with grilled white chicken and lots of veggies. Then maybe 2 hours later you have a snack, 100-200 calories. Then another 2 hours later have a nother snack. Then for dinner have lean protein/meat and veggies. Workout too! If you eat a variety of things, your body will have enough nutrients and will also know that you are not starving yoruself, which WILL speed up your metabolism and help you lose weight.
What you are doing right now contributes a lot to bloating and your body will think that you are starving yourself, because it is nowhere near enough food. And along with an incredibly slowed down metabolism, your body will store all that sugar you're eating, and you know hwat sugar does right? it gets stored as fat if not burned. i hope i have helped!

I don't think the KIX will throw you over the edge. You really should not go under about 1000 calories. 1200 is much better if you want to lose weight month after month. I would add a little more protein to help to keep you from burning muscle. The extra protein would be good aroud lunch to keep up your energy. Good luck.

this does not sound like very much. obviously you want to limit your intake, but you won't be able to last very long on that kind of diet, esp since you're exercising, even tho it's not a lot.
You may want to find some more protein. Your diet is almost all carbs. (all fruit boils down to carbs and sugar, wheat bread is the same as white, just a different color UNLess it's whole grain)

This is way to little of food to eat, you need more protein and food in general if you are going to eat so little make sure you take vitamins.
