dont listen to wat that other person (sangria) she is totally wrong you do weightlifing first so your muscles will the full benefit of lifting and then doing cardio, doing this will get make you burn triple the calories.
Doing cardio first will not warm up your muscles it will just get them exhausted plus if you do weights first the cardio will burn tons more fat b/c your heart rate will be sky high
trust me i now this stuff my dads a personal trainer

It all depends on your main goal, which one do you want to be most efficient at, be able to give your best effort towards.

They use to teach that if you did Cardio first it would deplete your glycogen storage and would not be able to lift well. However, you would have to hit the wall do get to that point. So you need to ask yourself am I trying to build more muscle right now or endurance and lose weight. If you don't have a defined goal and just want to stay in shape than do whichever works best for you.

cardio first is better because it gets you heart working first so you'll have a more effective strength workout. you should follow up you strength training with short cardio or a light jog.

Cardio creates lean muscle mass. Strenght training creates bulk. Your less likely to pull a muscle if you do cardio first.

Nope, you're doing it right by doing cardio first; this way, your muscles are warmed up and you won't cramp!
