I so sorry! The only thing I can tell you it take out a loan. Yeah, you're going to have to pay interest, but it's worth it. Research all the loans you can, and find the lowest interest rate. Try researching the loans with the financial aid office, they can help you a little more that if you were to do it yourself.

Your reluctance to go into the military is understandable. Military service requires great dedication, so if you aren't comfortable with this it is probably best for you not to go this route. Community colleges are often inexpensive compared to traditional four-year universities, and their costs can often be covered through outside scholarships. So one thing to consider would be to attend a community college and apply for a lot of scholarships, which aren't all necessarily based on academics. There are also some scholarships that are based on demonstrated financial need, so you may be more likely to get those.

Your only other option is to take out loans, which you will have to pay back once you finish school. Talk to the financial aid office about your options, as far as loans are concerned. You can also talk to your bank about student loans. If you want to go to school, I would say go for the loans. This is what I had to do.

I can't either. Many people are in that situation. if you can, get a loan, if not, then take several years off from school and save up money and then pay cash.
